Earth Anchor Meditation
Earth Anchor is a gentle somatic grounding practice that helps you locate yourself fully in your body and on the Earth. Through guided awareness, you'll connect with your physical presence, sense your place in space, and feel the quiet stability of being right here, right now. This meditation supports nervous system regulation, deepens embodiment, and helps you return to a felt sense of safety.
A simple yet profound way to anchor yourself whenever you feel scattered, disconnected, or overwhelmed. This is similar to the embodiment practice we do at the beginning of a DBR session.

Somatic Grounding Meditation
When we experience anxiety and stress, energy is mobilized and moves upwards towards our heads. This somatic practice will help you to direct your energy in the opposite direction by focusing your attention deep into the sit bones.
Hopefully, you will end with a sense of having more space in your body and mind and an increased feeling of presence and being tethered to the earth.

Hang Out With Your Stress Meditation
Often, when we feel stressed, we check out and distract ourselves. What if we did the opposite? What if we hung out with our stress, leaned in, and allowed it to be there?
Join me in finding out the answer to these questions. You may discover something new about yourself and your experience of stress.

Understanding Your Urge to Eat Meditation
This somatic meditation is designed to help you pause when food feels like the only answer. Instead of reacting to the urge, you'll gently tune into your body, create space, and explore what's beneath the craving - with curiosity, not control. A powerful nervous system reset for emotional eating, stress eating, or simply when you want to feel instead of being numb.

Move Into Embodyment
This practice is an invitation to shift away from the mind's noise and settle into the quiet wisdom of your body. Inspired by the Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) protocol developed by Dr. Frank Corrigan, we work with the brain's natural pathways to help the nervous system land in a deeper sense of safety.
We begin by sensing where we are in time and space, and from there we sense into our experience of being in a human body and all the intelligent systems it contains.
